HELP! No sound from centre channel when TV outputs surround

Can the gods of avforums please help me!

For some reason the centre channel output from my Philips 807 has stopped working when the TV is out putting any kind of surround audio.

The TV is connected to a Denon AVR-X1700H and when watching a channel or stream that is only in stereo the centre channel works fine however if I go to watch anything that is in Dolby either via the apps on the TV or Sky Q connected through the TV then I get no output through the centre channel.

It works fine when using the blu-ray which is connected directly to the AVR so it's defiantly the TV that is causing the issue.

Absolutely nothing has changed in the setup but I think the TV may have done an update?

Performed several factory resets of the TV and after doing a full power down of everything and resetting the TV again it seems to have fixed the issue for now.
