    Stunning Panasonic TX-65CX802B 4K
Review of Panasonic TX-65CX802B LED LCD TV by nijgreen747, Oct 18, 2015.
    POSITIVES
I may be a little biased but I do like the Panasonic brand I have had the 50 and 55 inch plasma but this is the first 65" and also the first large LED / LCD screen, without doubt this is a stunning piece of kit, running 4K content off YouTube is stunning, I also run my Blu-ray, Sky box and computer through a Denon amp which upgrades to 4K giving stunning pictures, but even without all of that, the picture in 1080i/P is still superior to anything I have seen before, there is on board Freeview HD tuner, and another HD tuner connection for a 2nd satellite.
There are so many other positive things to mention, this flagships model has it all, and what I have tried works not just well but outstandingly well, but there are a couple of things I did not like.
THINGS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT BEFORE PURCHASE
This is an Active 3D set, but if like me you have had an Active 3D Plasma set your 3D glassed will not work, you will have to buy new USB rechargeable 3D Glasses (TY-ER3D 4ME)
On this set 3D does not work in 4K mode only in 1080i/P
This 65" needs a full 1500mm width level top to sit on due to the new design of legs and support of the TV which go out to the edge of the screen.
    Negative Points
This is just a personal thing which is really annoying (to me) the screen sitting on its stand on a flat surface tilts backwards, so if you are viewing it face on it does not notice a lot, but if you are viewing it from an angle say from 30 - 45 degrees, personally to me it is really annoying, although it makes no difference to the quality of the picture in any way.
If hung on the wall it will be "not applicable" this problem, so for me I just adapted it so it sits lever, the base of the TV is heavy compared to the screen so it is not going to tip and fall forward that easy.
    CONCLUSION
Knowing the above would I have purchased another make or model (NOT A CHANCE) This is one stunning 65" 4K TV and wouldn`t change it for the world, I am just a member of the public and these are just my own personal views and observations.

I have a Denon AVR-X7200W amp which I use for the 4K video Upgrade to the Panasonic TX-65CX802B upgrades all video to 4K from Sky Box (All your Soaps in 4K) / Computer / Blu-Ray Stunning Picture and so clear on the TV go to the Apps click on YouTube in the search bar put 4K and search, lots of 4K content direct to TV also Stunning picture, if you have a surround amp with HDMI input use the HDMI 2 output from TV as it has audio return from TV to Amp.
After playing with TV for a while I now have set my own settings in professional 1 and locked them, as TV default is a bit bright for me, so these are my settings:
      CLICK MENUE ON TV REMOTE
      Viewing Mode: Professional 1
      Backlight: 43
      Contrast: 85
      Brightness: 0
      Colour: 53
      Tint: 0
      Sharpness: 50
      Colour Temp: Warm 2
      Vivid Colour: On
      Colour Remaster: Min
      Reversal Film Effect: Off
      Adaptive Backlight Control: Min
      Ambient Sensor: Off
      Noise Reduction: Max
      MPEG Remaster: Max
      Resolution Remaster: Auto
      Dynamic Range Remaster: On
      Intelligent Frame Creation: Off
I have left the rest of the settings, (as I mentioned above I have 4K upgrade through my amp but you can set this up through TV settings)
      I then went into:
Lock Settings and locked these settings in Professional 1
If you put the same settings in Custom (Unlocked) you can tweak settings until you are happy then put those into Pro 1 and lock them
      Hope this helps

Googled settings on net you can get a lot more complicated settings, but these are just my own personal choices that I have ended up with and seem happy with, but may be a good starting point if you find default settings a bit bright.

@dean999 Agree this is my third 50"+ from Panasonic but by far the best P/Quality of anything I have seen "Stunning"
