I am new to streaming, in fact despite my large CD collection, I play a lot of Vinyl.
My son has a Spotify subscription so I hijacked that, and I was regularly accessing that on my iPad which I plugged into my conventional (NAD/Mission) Hi fi via a mini jack.
I was attracted to having the iPad to hand, wherever I was, and being able to send the selected music to the Hi Fi, and it was with this in mind I bought the QED streamer.
Sadly, as far as I can tell, the QED device does not interface with Spotify, and you can only send the music you have stored on your device (which is NIL. I haven't the memory) or on some cloud drive, which I don't have, and probably never will. The music on my amazon music also seems to be inaccessible via the QED device. Not a lot of use really.
