Can anyone confirm weather this is anamorphic. Isn't this one film that deserves a collectors edition?

do you mean the one about to be released in a week or so's time? I'll tell you when I've got it. can't wait the sound should be truly awesome!

Do you not have the ability to travel forward in time? I do. The copy of Zulu is excellent, as is the next two LOTR films.

Well me' Tardis is at the garage for the moment. I'll let you know when I get it back.

Well I've just been a time travelling and Paramount have announced the following specs for Zulu:

The disk is presented anamorphic widescreen with a DD 5.1 soundtrack.

Extras will be:

THEATRICAL TRAILER
AUDIO COMMENTARY
THE MAKING OF ZULU: ROLL OF HONOUR
ANIMATED MENUS

To be release on 4th November

'Because we're here lad, and nobody else'

"Don't shoot, until you see the whites of their eyes lads!"

"But that's stupid. If they'd have kept their eyes shut they would of won!"

been put back until 18th Nov and Play have boosted their price to £14.99 from £11.99. Although my pre-order price seems to have held.

Have not watched all the way through - just bits through the film
for about 15 mins & a bit of the extras with SB's wife talking about the film.

However from that it was an excellent transfer !

In terms of some of the poor copies from loads of newish films & bearing in mind a 68 movie I was surprised by the quality !

Well worth the money imho.

I already new that as I had my copy weeks ago due to time travel.

Dont think I'll bother to buy this then.:( Pity though, oh well, only got to wait for perhaps 6 months and another version will come out (eg. many variations of the matrix).
