    I wonder if this: http://www.zinwell.com.tw/pro_profile.php?productsid=155
is something I can use to get line doubling from my digital TV (and VCR)?

It has VGA output but I have built a sync combiner so I can drive the RGB inputs to my BD600. Can this unit will function well?

I think I can get this rather cheap, around 53 Euro.

it looks like a straightforward de-interlacer, which should be a worthwhile benefit to any Barco Data PJ.
