I've got a copy. Other than not having any bits of paper that were inside the box when bought from new, I'd say it's otherwise 'mint' as I've only really played it for about 12 hours. Based on how they've sold on here recently, I'll offer £32 just so I clear £30 after posting recorded. Not looking to go any lower, will put it on ebay at some point otherwise.
