Still playing with my new PJ.

But Has anyone noticed a sort of vertical bands in their picture. Mine are about 1/5 of the way in from the left.

They are more noticeable in draker scenes.
Its sort of vertical bands that are visible due to their lower brightness in certain scenes??? Not sure but have noticed only recently. Don't know if this applies to every DVD.

It's tolerable but is this normal for LCD PJs??

Buns, you know everything. Any ideas?

If you search this section for vb* (* is a wildcard), you'll find the subject of vertical banding covered pretty extensively.

    Quite an accolade! :D

You can find Buns virtual presence in the “Projector FAQ” sticky under “Beginners guide to tweaking Z2” (or something like that!) where he reveals how to minimise vertical banding - which is common on the Z2.
