When i press the keystone button (up or down) its shows a exclamation symbol on screen and it does do nothing.
Why this happens?

What input have you got selected when this happens? Are you using lens shift at all? I've just had a quick play and couldn't get this.

I'll try to do some experimentation when I get home but so far GrahamC's suggestion is the only one that seems plausible, but how lens shift could prevent keystone adjustment working is another matter.

Just for a test try centreing the image, ie. eliminate your lens shift, does that make a difference?

Hmmm .. wonder if the type of signal you're feeding affects it. Don't see how but when clutching at straws :) .. does using a different input make any difference? How about unplugging the input entirely, does the KA work then? If not and you've centred the lens I have no idea and may suspect a faulty machine in lieu of any other explanation.

You were too fast for me :) .. I added a last paragraph with some other things to try.

i'l just have once the keystone working, but i don't remeber where to change, so stop working.
I'll have a video connection either, i'll try with this connection, and
not use lens shift.

i assumed it couildnt be that the end of the keystone range has been reached seeing as kocl said neither direction of change helped.

it couldnt be the mode (true etc) that you are in?

yeah.... i would list them but i only have the option of 1 which i think is called true..... I think it determines what the machine is doing ref processing
