I can't access YouTube on my iPhone on the Vodafone network. I get the message "Cannot connect to YouTube" Any ideas?

I think the only reason you get that message is if you have no 3G signal and no wifi.

Ah right. I've noticed that VF signal is very flaky here at the moment. Didn't notice that with my N96 though. Perhaps the iPhone is bit more picky re signal strength.

OK I've got an unlocked iPhone on VF. I've got a small white circle between the network name and the clock. What does this mean?

To view Youtube you'll need it to say 3G or have the wifi icon.

Think the dot is for basic GPRS. Next up is E for Edge, then 3G.

I've just bought a 2nd hand 3g iPhone and I'm also getting the same message.

I've tried connecting via wifi and when I have a 3g signal

I'm on o2

I've found that I DO get 3G but not where I live. However 4 miles up the road its available. Tried to connect to YouTube using 3G but joy. Strange.
