Anybody know where I can get hold of this film on DVD (any Region and no bootleg VCD rips)...I think the American version goes by the name of 'Young Sherlock Holmes and the Pyramid of Fear.' I haven't seen it around for years and I've looked almost everywhere...

By the way...I'm pretty sure that the actor who plays Holmes was in Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels...You know, the guy who gets his toes blown off...

It is not available at present on DVD format. Shame as I really enjoyed this film.

Was availble on NTSC laser disc.

Oh and it was the same guy in "Lock Stock etc"

It was a good film, saw it several times when I worked in a cinema many years ago. Directed by Barry Levinson who also directed Good Morning Vietnam, Tin Men, Rain Man & Bugsy.

Available in US on VHS. Buy from Amazon, if you VCR can handle NTSC.
