Nah, Alan. This is what happens when things don't get used very much, they become old and rusty and damage easily.

Taz, on a more serious note, I think that you are in a position that many of us only wish we could afford to be in - you will have ALL THREE of the next gen consoles.

Any chance of an impartial view on each and comments on which one you favour and why after you get your XBox?

You could also throw the PC into that mix if you want.

Medal of Honour is easily my fave game at the moment. ;)

ONO, thats sounds like a good post, I will do that.

On the understanding that they are my views alone.. I dont want to start a Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo argument (again!)

I'll be happy being able to play what I want when I want;)

Mason: I'll come over and help you do the next-gen test if you want?

All I require is transport up the hill (yes I'm a lazy so and so!)

Bear in mind I'm a PC addict first, love MOHAA, love even more HL-Death Match Classic (Kinda Quake patch for Half Life).

Played me first PS2 the last saturday, played Devil May Cry(?) loved it. Not a huge fan of MGS2, if it were FPS all the time I would prefer it.

Not done the GC yet, no suprise there, love the new GB Advance though.

    Sound good to me Mason.

I'll require 1 extra thing on top of my usual setup equipment, which comprises of:

    SPL Meter
    Tape measure
    VE DVD
    Silence
    Comfy chair
    Spanner for leveling spikes
15 mins (+ any extra time for moving speakers billed at £60 per half hour)

    Extra item being;

    A drink.

(not too hard me thinks ;) )

Thursday good? (Not all day I do have to work you know, I wouldn't be able to get my VE otherwise etc.)

Thursday is fine with me, but XBOX wont be here untill Emma picks it up. So it will have to be PS2 & GC 'till she gets here!

drink shouldn't be a problem as we live over an off licence!:D
