I suppose people have tried this who own a PSP, BUT just in case they havent - I dont own one yet, so cannot try.

Has anyone tried plugging in a USB card reader/writer into the PSP using USB lead, and using other card media like xD or Flash etc... to use with the PSP?

this wont work on current firmware, the usb connection is one way. when you plug it in it allows you to copy files to the card on your pc but not the other way round or do anything else on the psp itself.
