Aup,

Just a quick post to see if anybody can help/advise me on my first PC build,

Looking to build my first PC, as its cheaper than someone else to do it, and I can pick the parts rather than buying a pre-built on from a shop etc,

Looking to play BF3, Dayz and BF4 when they are released

Put some parts together to the tune of 688 including the dreaded and delivery,

I'll copy past them below

Sorry if that's hard to follow???

What's your thoughts??

Thanks in advance

Thoughts are that it seems quite expensive for the power you are getting back.

Don't bother with a 64gb SSD.. You will be constantly managing your OS size from my experience.

Graphics is adequate, CPU is OK. I would spend more on GPU. And wait for Haswell.

^^^ Wait for Haswell although the i3 rebuff wont be until September. Spend a little more on the GPU and CPU and you wont find yourself upgrading in the nearer future.

Make sure you have 2 x RAM modules otherwise you wont be running dual channel.

Thanks for your replies, not many people like to post there thoughts on here???
I'll have to say I had to google what haswell is, I thought I got quite a bit for my money, but what would be a powerful ish rig for £700???

Thanks again
