Yet another Play247 thread.......

Just received e-mail notification of a (R2) DVD shipping from Play247.

Certainly a first for me, anybody else had this recently? Is this a one off? Or are they starting to up their customer service in response to Star DVD....
 
They always used to reply to me with e-mails when a disc was in the post or whatever.
But that stopeed about a year ago.
But, do R2 discs get differnet treatment to R1?
I have only ordered R1 for at least 12 months from them.
Before that they did things a bit differently.
E-mails to say orders accepted, on their way, new releases? I think etc.
All discs were registered.
They didn't have the tracker system up then.
I have to say that I've placed all my current orders with stars to see how it goes.
But I may well come back to Play as the way they do things now is quite good and I have no complaints.
 
Ive been using Play247 for all my titles (concidering they r all R1 nowadays) for the past 18 months and ive never had a problem, id never hesitate recommending them to n e one. especiall when ive gotten some titles 2-3 day earlier then the release date they have quoted.
