I have just had my 9527 taken away by Endeavor. The problem being that the colour had gone a greeny yellow thus giving flesh tones a burnt look. I chased them up to find out what was going on to be told they had to contact their insurance company because they needed to replace the tube at a cost of £500, the insurance company of course agreed, I now have a 7/10 day wait before the TV comes back. The worry is if this has had to be replaced how much more of the TV is sub standard. At present I have a crappy Sanyo 32" stand in, it does make you appreciate how good the Philips picture is but it would help if they made them last more then a year!
