ycrcb component x2 to vga x1

Hello all,

Would appreciate some advice on connecting my gear i have two devices DVD player and Showcenter Media player which both offer component YCRCB outputs my Thomson LCD TV excepts a Ypbpr signal via VGA connector(De15), will a KVM switch box work with the component signal or just with a PC analogue or how about a simple vga splitter do they work in reverse ie 2 vga inputs to 1 output.



Ps does anyone no what a Ycbcr connection is used for.

Ycb Cr is Digital Y Pb Pr a KVM switch will work (usimg VGA terminals) as will a component switcher JS technology do a switcher for £50 ish (auto operation so need 2 x 3RCA to RCA leads and 1 RCA to VGA lead or for VGA switch need 2 3 RCA to VGA leads and one VGA lead
