    Hellaire everyone!

Now in comet (and i wont purchase it from there!) a couple weeks ago when purchasing my dvd player (Jvc XV-S302SL) and very nice it is too, i noticed a yamaha amp and speaker kit.

I think the kit model number was something along the lines of HTI B45??? and the amp looked like a 630 or 620.

I like to think i have quite a good set of speakers (eltax silverstone 160 fortns millenium center and millenium rears) and wondered if i bought the amp and speakers, wouldi be able to use my current speakers on it but use the the sub with the eltaxs and use one pair of the supplied satelite speakers for the computer and it still sound good?

Sorry if the message is a bit long! I look forward to your replies.

I want to use my existing speakers but use the subwoofer included.

I then want to use TWO of the satelite speakers with the amp on the computer linked to the B terminals on the amp as at the moment i use another seperate amp for the pc which is a waste of space ><

If your only going to use the sub and two speakers, why not just buy a seperate amp and sub.

the RXV430 or in silver, the HTR5540 don't have a/b speaker switches.

The NSP220 speakers that come with the kit are ****e

but they sound a lot better than the crap that come with the Sony HTDDW740

Get yourself an old Marantz 5200 or Yamaha 620 (the latter has a/b) from RS and some DECENT speakers. Wharfedale Pacifics from hyperfi kick ass at silly prices.
