Had a Yammy 620 for a while now. All been well but recently noticed that I get a feint "ticking" from the speakers (all 5) all the time. Its feint but there. Does sound more like a tick than buzzing.

2 recent system changes but can't tell if related timing wise or not. Changed to KEF eggs and also upgraded HDD in Sky box. I don;t think the latter is the issue as I get some ticking on all soyrces.

    Any thoughts ?

I upgraded my speakers to something that i think was just too good for my 620 and i got a 'ticking' sound, i upgraded to a 2500 and the ticking went away. I think it might be that the power demands of your speakers may be just to great.

Or posibly the amp is being starved of power.

It could be something completely unrelated but I had the same symptoms.
