    Hi,
Has anyone got one of the Yamakawa 375 players, seems to be the replacement for the 365divx which was a great little player. Can't find much info around about it

    Cheers
    Andy

Why don't you check out the Yahoo group. It has been changed to include stuff on the new 375 player. Sorry I am at work so I havn't a link for you.

As far as I am aware it looks better has component outs instead of scart to component and plays ogg vorbis to name some of the differences.

    Hi:

i had a 365. Now i have the 375. The improvments made in this new player in compared with the 365 were all welcome. The 365 was a great player, this one it's even better :)

I've updated to the new firmware. Not many diferences, but a 1080i 50Hz it's welcome :)

    Regards,

    J. Rosado

    Hi:

there will be a english version by the end of october in the yamakawa website (www.yamakawa.de). By now you can use the english version of the 365, since the diferences are small.

    Regards,

    J. Rosado

I'm interested in this player also, but it doesn't appear to be for sale yet in USA. Does it "upconvert" signal to 720p & 1080i over component inputs, or just DVI? Can any owners share your opinion of the 375 please? Do you know if the USA version will be the same? Thanks for any info. you can give.

    Hi:

yes, it does the upconversion to 720p and 1080i over component. Both for PAL and NTSC signals. Checkout the www.yamakawausa.com for avaibility on this model at the USA (before trying to buy it at computeruniverse.net).

365 Does Not Support 720p For The Copy Protected Dvdunless You Use The Firmware Upgrade. Does The 375 Model Have This Feature?
Im Using The 375 With A Panny Ae500 It Seems That It Works With 720p 50 Because The Projector Automatically Recognize The Signal But The Dvd's Manual Is In German Lang.
