Hi

Whilst the Paradigm Subwoofer range is available over here in Europe, the rest of their speaker range isn´t. Not sure if you´ll get much input I´m afraid.

Have a look at www.audioreview.com you might get more feedback there.

Been using a Paradigm speaker setup with a Yamaha for 4 years now, what do you want to know exactly?

My Speakers :

Fronts - Bipolar Esprit
Centre - CC350
Rears - ADP 150

Was using 2 x PS1000s as well till recently

No comlaints about the speakers, the Esprit fronts are beasts, how many speakers can claim a low frequency extension of 23Hz

Yep, I have the Paradigm Reference Esprits and they do seem to go very low indeed. Have you seen how much bracing these things have? Build quality is excellent. The Paradigm Reference kit sounds completely different to the Monitor range, though.

Anyway:
I did listen to the Paradigm Monitor speakers (Monitor 7) and I found them to be somewhat forward and a little bright. That’s not to say they were bad speakers; I preferred them to B&W s2 603's. On whether or not they will suit a Yamaha amp/receiver, I used to have a Yamaha A2 and that was quite bright too. Perhaps both would make your system too bright?
