I have an old DSP-A1000 which is getting very obsolete, so I'm planning on saving up for a DSP-A3200 to take its place.

Since I will do a lot of listening through headphones (music in particular) I'm intrigued by the prospect of Silent Cinema - in case it works. Currently I use a Sennheiser LUCAS headphone processor and I'm not happy with it. Although it does move sounds some distance outside the head, it hardly ever sounds as if it's actually outside of the headphones.

Although I'm going to check out Silent Cinema in person, I feel it will be difficult to get a fair demonstration of it. It's hard enough to get a fair demonstration of the DSP-A3200 itself since salesmen tend to be a bit annoying... So in addition I think it would be interesting to hear what owners of Yamaha amps think of Silent Cinema.

    Thanks in advance.
