Yamaha - RXV683 - Won't turn on

I have a Yamaha rx-v693 amp that won't turn on It'll click twice and then turn off.

I have tried the factory reset. (init all)

Self diagnosis C1 Menu is showing this.

I suspect the main CPU is fried but would like some advice.

I suspect the same, I tested the power supply last night and the power looks fine. I think I'll take it in soon and have a professional look at it.

Sounds like same problem i have fixed before on 2 Yamaha Receivers, a capacitor on power supply circuit board fails. A cheap and reasonably simple fix.
