I don't have a 5.1 amp yet as we are using a Panasonic Pro Logic TV at the moment. We intend getting an LCD widescreen sometime in the future and with this in mind I am looking into the options available. I need inputs for the following:

    Panasonic DVD recorder
    Philips DVD/VHS combi player
2 Sky boxes - We can't get digital terrestrial so will need two come the analogue switch off.

I would also like lip sync adjustment. The two Yamaha models I have been looking at are in very short supply so I want to buy soon while I still can, these are RXV357 and RXSL80. I like the RXSL80 better as it's nice and slim but would it have enough inputs for my needs? I have seen the back panels and the other one has loads more. I don't need any audio inputs from my Hi-Fi as I have a separate setup for audio.

Sorry for the basic questions but I am a complete novice with AV. :)
