The other day my RX-V675 downloaded and installed an update to its firmware taking it from v1.51 to v1.60. I've trawled the internet but can't find any info on it. Yamaha's own site only lists 1.51.

Anyone know what is new on this version?

Thanks

I was about to ask the exact same question. I haven't found any info either.

Going through all the menus on my A1030 I have not found any differences after this weeks update. Then again I hadn't even realised that the earlier 1.51 update added 4k/60 support. No news on what is on v1.6 on avsforums either.

Hi Guys,
I believe it fixs a few issues with some streaming services. If you have a Rx-a2040 or rx-a3040 you get ATMOS and 4k60p 4:4:4. I have a rx-v2077 (which is the same as a a2040).

Regards,
Stephen
