hello i need a bit of advice i am looking to by the yamaha rx-v371 to replace my current panasonic sc-pt470 home theater system and would like to know if my panasonic speakers are ok to hook up to the yamaha the speck on the speakers is as follows
front and surround
1 way 1 speaker system (base reflex )
3 ohm impedance
6.5 cm cone
125w*8 input power (max )

center speaker

any advice most appreciated

It wouldn't be recommended as the impedance is too low. The sub is presumably passive (unpowered). Therefore you would be better off selling the old system on and putting it towards some new speakers too. Jamo, Boston Acoustics, Tannoy SFX all good budget options.
