Yamaha RX-V1800

Hi all
I am having a problem with my sub. I have a Yamaha RX-V1800 AV amp connected to Kef egg speaker and sub Psw 2010 but I'm not getting any sound out of the sub. I've checked and replaced the cable I think the sub is working it powers up etc I'm guessing the amp is not giving an output any ideas or is it a new amp?

Do you have a test tone option on the YAM? Has the SUB ever worked ?

Yes it dose have a test tone but nothing comes out and yes it has been working great, shake the pictures off the wall !!
