Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to change any of the HDMI inputs (or outputs) to HDCP 1.4 instead of HDCP 2.2 on a Yamaha RX-A3060 AV receiver (I can't find the setting in the menus)?
My TV isn't HDCP 2.2 compatible and it is causing issues with one of the sources.

The A3060 is fully HDCO 1.4 and HDCP 2.2 compliant. No, there's no option to force the AV receiver to use HDCP 1.4 as opposed to using HDCP 2.2 when appropriate.

Only the more revrnt Yamaha models include an option to select the HDCP compliance the unit complies with.

Your TV doesn't need to be HDCP 2.2 compliant in order for you to still be able to passthrough video not protected by HDCP 2.2. Changing the compliance on the AV receiver will not remove the content protection embedded within the content itself.

Don't try pass UHD video that is ordinarilly protected by HDCP 2.2 through the AV receiver and out to the non compliant TV. LOwer resolution sources should still pass through ewithout the TV having to be HDCP 2.2 compliant.
