Bought my supposedly multi-region new Yammy yesterday only to find out it isn't when I got home. Normally I would just wait and take it back to the shops but I'm dying to use it on my R1s!

Apparently, being Philips based it can be hacked from the handset and dvd365.net have a code but it doesn't seem to work.

Anyone else have any suggestions? Or will I have to wait another week to get it back to the shop?

    Thanks, Andy.

Thanks a lot. That site has the actual downloadable file you need if using the Palm method and it worked a treat.

For anyone else wanting to hack this machine, it doesn't appear to work with the standard handset. As in the instructions, you either need to use a One4All remote, or do what I did using a Palm.

This page has all the instructions you need, and a link to the Palm software and code.

Now works a treat with multi-region, RCE and all.

    Cheers, Andy.
