    TUNER YAMAHA CT-710

I'm not sure about the YouTube video, I'm getting blocked, but you might be able to see it.

You can at least get a fair look at it here -

I would set the amp and tuner in the video about midrange in the Yamaha Product line.

This website implies that the CT-710 was manufactured around 1976 -

Given the age, I would expect the price to be very low.

The first post in the forum from France shows the spec. I don't speak French, but they are easy enough to figure out -

The selling price is RM380(about 100 USD) not sure that is a fair price.
Does it equipted with FM, MW or SW?

Here are a range of Tuners, though in the UK they tend to be DAB/DAB+ -

    Note the New Yamaha TD500 (£289) -

    Yamaha TD500 DAB/DAB+/FM/AM Tuner - Superfi

I would suggest you search Ebay to see what similar Yamaha Tuners are selling for. Personally, US$100 seems a bit steep for a product made in 1976.

I don't find a Currency code for RM ... is that Romania? Malaysia? Sorry, it probably make sense to everyone else, I'm probably just a bit dense.

It's Malaysia. The most important thing I need to know is...is it capable of receiving Singapore and US FM channels.

    Thanks!

FM is FM. It is a specific universal Frequency Band, transmitted by an international standard for FM broadcast. There, to my knowledge, is no difference between Malaysian FM and USA FM ...unless... locally they have switched to Digital Broadcasting (DAB/DAB+).

Based on this map, though not sure how up-to-date, Malayasian still used standard Analog FM -

Whether the Yamaha Tuner is available in Malaysian is unclear. But likely there are Tuners available. You just have to search them out.
