    Hi!
    According to the user manual, this player cannot output DTS or DTS-HD track as PCM (or 2ch analog), if played from USB or from network.

    Can anyone confirm or refute this?

    This is a basic feature that almost any other player can solve. Even the higher priced Aventage model (mentioned in the title) cannot do this, at least on paper.

    The older A1040 can't output either format as PCM from USB or network so I can't see the A1060 would be any different.

    If this is a real world experience, then the newer models probably acts the same.
    If anyone used the newer model(s), answers are welcome!
