    Hi,
I'm thinking of getting the 750 to replace my Sony DB940 when I go from CRT to a Panny 42" PW7, in order to pre-empt the lip sync problem.
    My questions are as follows:
1.Does the 0-160 ms lip sync function work?
2.How do you adjust it..can you do it on the remote?..how easy is it given different content has different delay issues?
3.How good is the svideo to component conversion?
4.I have sky+ & intend to output svideo to 750, convert to component & send to the plasma. Is this picture better than taking rgb from sky+ & converting it to VGA using a JS Technologies box?

    Thanks.

    Hi Giantteabag,

Did you ever get an answer to this thread another way? I've exactly the same question, so if you can let me know the answer, I'd be very grateful!

    Thanks, Toby.

I was pretty happy with quality doing this, an affordable start anyway. I couldnt see any improvement to the picture when I used a JS RGB-component box to get a component signal in to the amp, though I need to run some tests to verify this.
