Hi i dont know what it is called so i guess the daisy bit was a little silly.

I'm a car ice man now going into the a/v field ( yes i saw the light)

What i want to do is wire my av amp and then run a seperate amp for the woofer what kind of amp do i need ( i was told somone along the lines of a yamaha would do) and what do i need to look out for?

As all i want to do is send the signal from the a/v amp to the second amp which drives the sub. Could somone help me as pointing out what to look for and what kind of amp i need. ( a/v i dont have one yet)

What kind of sub are you looking at as most subwoofers nowadays are active with their own built in amp

Sorry let me try again to explain further.

I'm going to use a Phoenix Gold Zero.3 Amp with a J.B.L. 12" G.T.I series woofer.

What is my main concern is the A/V amp woofer out active or passive.

Active as setting up the volume of the woofer threfore not letting me add another amp.

Or Passive giving me the option.

Sorry my explanation not very good

THANK YOU VERY MUCH you made MY DAY thank you :smashin:
