    Hi all,

'Pologies if this is either an idiot (RTFM) question or one which has been asked before, but when playing certain CDs (normal stereo) for particular example Mike Oldfields TB II, the amp goes quiet for a second during songs - I think it may be trying to output to the centre speaker (dialogue/vioce), but without anything to send.

Haven't really had time to play/determine specific settings, but I also note that I can get a similar 1 second silence by plugging something else in the mains, or switching the sub on/off.

    Any thoughts 'preciated

    Cheers
    Simmo

if you are running a stereo cd in stereo mode on the amplifier it would only play through front left and right and sub (depending on sub settings on amp) so it sounds more likely you wanna call in the repairmen. I may be wrong as i am not an engineer but the same amp doesn't act like that when i run it so i would presume...
