Losing sound from receiver to speakers....after 5-10 min the sound stops and the speaker indicator starts blinking....can't seem to find a solution or even the cause. Checking speaker wires to make sure they are not touching, reset speaker setting, etc. Still having issue. Anyone have trouble shooting idea?

What speakers do you have? Has it worked without issue for a long time before? Have you moved, changed or replaced anything recently? Has anything accidently damaged the speaker cable along its length i.e. a bit of furniture or similar been placed on it?

everything is the same. it is a center speaker with left and right built in. to me it just seems like a connection issue and maybe it is hdmi from cable box to receiver since it carries audio. watch tv last night and didnt loss audio once on abc but after that watched A&E if something like that and bam lost it again.
