Nic.<br />For what it's worth car audio specialist's sell these things i have first hand seen several and all have at least been better than your usual "piece of string with plugs on the end" none of the usual suspects (chord, ixos etc) seem to bother these days, sod's law that i threw out a catalogue (a very good R.S competitor) this morning and being a bank holiday week the dustman came this morning, however i will obtain the name/web address as they sell the very same things, on Monday. Obviously with car "stuff" you seem to always get a "drain" type ground wire with the interconnects but this can be discretely removed (i.e yank!)

Does anyone know where to get a good quality Y Splitter cable for a friend. I have found one in Maplin for £5 but it has a nasty nickel RCA of iffy quality. I am after something better but commercially made.

I need a cable rather than the &#8216;plug' solution.

    Tahnks for any help

Sorted. no luck with Keene or Lectropacks. Every hifi dealer said no no. Walked into a car dealer and picked up exactly what I am after. The same ones are also sold in Halfords. Two quality levels available but I found cheaper in the specialist car hifi dealer.

    Thanks
