Just thought of starting a SALES thread. Just post your bargain find here.

Personally I am looking for a 32/37" LCD TV. Searching around on the web I think either a Toshiba 32WL66 @£553.00 or an LG 37LC2D @£689.96 at digitaldirect.co.uk. Can these prices be beaten in the Boxing day or New year sales do you think - or should I just order one of them now?

What on-line sites usually have these seasonal sales?

Got to be worth waiting a few days in my opinion.

I'm doing the same but the best on-line prices are unlikely to change much in the short term. Prices seem to be driven more by iminent new products rather than seasonal sales. Of course, some of the higher price sites will have sales but don't expect much from the already very cometitive ones.

Still I'm going to wait and see, maybe I'll be wrong.

Just seen the Argos Sales leaflet - their real price drops are on older models.
Most companies are going to try and get rid of older stock in the sales.
Wouldn't imagine they'll be any massive bargains of any recent models. :(

Dixons have the 37px60 at £800 and the 42px60 at £900. adding on codes can reduce this by £50-£100. Bargain!

    one of them was XMAS0640
there are others but I am not in the know about them.

Even at £800 and £900 respectively, you are getting serious value for money.

It doesn't look like there too much of an online sales - like what you would get in the stores...

So I have just ordered an LG 37LE2R from Pixmania for £630. It seems like the best one around for this sort of price. I was going for the LG 37LC2D from digitaldirect but decided I didn't need a digital tuner...

Picked up an Argos sales leaflet also... some 37 plasma TV at aroung £700-£800 worth looking into.
