XLS200 service feedback

    Hi,
    I bought a XLS200 in April this year, based on good reviews in this forum. Although I don't have much experience to compare, it worked very well and made a big difference to my sound.

    Recently it would not power up. I mailed BK on the Monday, they collected it on the Tuesday and by the Friday I had a replacement delivered (might be the same one repaired?) - all at no cost to me. Top marks for service!

    I suspect a lightning storm for the problem, so just a warning to others to ensure surge protection.

    My Monolith has started to make a noise several seconds after I have turned it off, I guess it could be the anti phump circuit, it only lasts a couple of seconds though.
