XE-1 multiple angels

Just watched a DVD which had two 'angles' the actual episode and the commentary track.

Annoyingly the DVD player displays an icon on the screen to highlight this- its very distracting.

Anyway to remove this?

could be wrong but i'm not sure if you can remove them to be honest mate.
Does the OSD option make any difference at all.

What about the "Angle" button anything you can do with that?

if you press it it simply cycles through the angels.

Once done the icon remains on the screen

Hopefully someone else knows how to get rid of them,that's if you can of course.

not seen it on the xe1, but my old dvd player i had this come up watching a dvd and you could not get rid of the dam Icon try on a differant player that supports Angle.. also i think it is a flagup on certain discs some do not do this due to the Annoyance..

Have you tried Kingfats OSD advice? I had a similar problem with my E1. Press the setup button, go to the general tab, and set "OSD" to "Off", I hope you find your "angels" are no longer a problem.
