    Hi

I'm considering getting an XDA2 on an O2 contract at around £180(400min Xnet @ £45)

The thing is I thought that it was WiFi enabled so that I could surf on my WiFi LAN, but then I found out that it's an optional thing.. What do I need to add/buy for this?

Also can I use it as a SatNav with a Tom Tom/Navman?

Anyone has any experience with this PDA would care to comment?

...am I better off with a P900 which is currently free on a similar package on Orange (at the Link).. <tempting>

    Thanks!

For Wireless LAN you need a WiFi SD card (no idea of the price) O2 have screwed up the compatibility with TomTom etc. and are working on a fix (although they blame the other party so it could take a while  ) You might want to wait for the Siemens SX1 before shelling out for the P900.

    Hope this helps. ;)

Can't see the Siemens being a better phone to be honest. Its been so long coming to market its beginning to look a little less impressive than it should have been against the P800

thanks rct, it certainly helped... I was about to sign up to O2 but if I can't use TomTom with it... I'd rather wait!

BTW I checked the WiFi SD card and the cheapest I found was £110 at expansys.
