XD Cards Type H or M - whats the difference?

I'm getting a Fuji F20 for my Dad for Xmas and was going to include a 1GB XD card. There are two types, H and M, which are both compatible but I can't find anywhere that'll tell me the difference, if any, between the two.

Can anyone enlilghten me?
