XBOX X audio out only showing stereo due to TV EDID but trying to use Audio Extractor

Hi I've bought an audio extractor(not sure I'm allowed to link it here) to split the audio from the HDMI output of the xbox. It seems to work but the problem is the xbox only outputs stereo as I believe the xbox is picking up the EDID of the TV as the Xbox in the audio setup says my tv can only do stereo. Sadly my receiver is not 4k so cannot output directly from Xbox to it via HDMI. Any Ideas on how to sort this if possible.

Ok so I've got it to output(I think) dolby digital as my amp is showing dolby digital 3/2 on the display but not set everything back up yet so can't hear it.
Strange thing is that now Dolby Vision shows in the XBox setup even though my Panasonic 4K OLED is only supposed to be HDR10. Does that mean that TVs have this available but just turned off via firmware
