xbox won't work on my plasma (help)

    Hi people im in need of some advice

    I have a panasonic TH-42PWD6 with a component board running to a denon 2900 my sky box runs in to a js tech rgb/vga convertor and works fine, but when i try my xbox in to the js tech box i get a black srceen no picture at all.
    I have tried changing all the settings on the plasma but i still can't get a picture.

    can anyone help (PLEASE)

    Your x Box is not sending out an RGB signal. Try using one of the other inputs such as direct to VGA without using the converter or DVI if you have it.

    What type of lead are you using from the Xbox ?

    You'll nead a propper fully wired RGB Scart lead like the official Microsoft "Advanced Scart" which also has the advantage of an optical output for dolby digital (Other cheaper alternatives are available).

    The standard lead (with three phonos plugged into a Scart adaptor) is composite only and won't work.

    Alternatively you could get a Component lead from your local GAME and bypass the JS-Tech totally.

    the MS advanced AV cable (RGB scart output) and run this into VCR scart on sky box so when XBOX is on and sky off Xbox will appear on screen (get the cabe it works perfectly........)
