    Guys

Need some help & advice please. I have an Epson TW10, which I love, and currently play the Xbox (PAL) through it using the standard video cables. The picture is not great. I do not want to Mod the Xbox so is there anything else I can do to improve the picture.

I have tried to search the forums on this but can't seem to find the right search results

    Thanks

Could try an Svid connector , or even go for RGB scart thru a JS box of Component or VGA flavours . The latter option is going to cost about £150 tho.
Any reason why you don't want to mod? even a soft one ?

I am mainly worried about getting it wrong and ruining my Xbox!

What soft mods are there and what would I gain by using them?

Try a search for "soft mod" . There was a big thread on it , not so long ago .don't know too much about soft modding , I went the chip(hardmod) route with a solderless adapter / slayer auto install .I was worried about screwing my XB as well , but it went relitivly smoothly ;)
Don't know what your pj is capable of displaying but it will enble you to use Component out from the xbox .

    Good luck

Soft-Mod is the way to go. The thread that John is refering to was titled "PAL xbox+high-def" and should have all the info in there that you need.
