Xbox series x,disk

Good morning guys.
Im interested in buying new console from xbox,and as you know there are two kinds of it.
Because I want to get console with supporting 4k tv i will buy xbox series x and I have a question about disks.
1. If I will buy a disk, first I have to download the game from it right?
but after I downloaded, and next time I want to play it again do I need to insert the disk again?
2. And also is that true that series x has soma problems with disks?
it making loud sound and after just breaking forever?

1. you need the disc in to play the game as it acts as the licence
2. I am sure there will be some bad hardware out there but I am sure the vast majority are fine, its loud when installing from disc but once installed it has no reason to keep the disc spinning so will stop after a few minutes
