    Hi Liverpool

I agree, the pad is way too huge for my delicate hands too :D

I have just ordered an s type pad from eBay, cost me £15 plus about £8 postage, I hope to get it v soon, so I will let you know.

    Happy Gaming

i received my S -Pad yesterday and find it great.
i am new to xbox and actually havent played with the big one much, but the S-Pad seems great to me, suits better. more Playstaion type size, which i was more used to with PS1 i had.
my advic go for it and give the big one to other people when you play them!

Thanks for the Gameplay link. I've been looking for a site to order an S Controller from. Amazon says "1 to 2 weeks" for delivery!

I'm picking one up as a 3rd controller; mostly for Timesplitters. I've got no problem with the original "monster", but some of the PS2 sheep I know think it's too big. :D Personally, I prefer the old Atari 2600 controllers over PS controllers, but that's just me.

I am interested in the repositioning of the black and white buttons on the S controller. (not that they are used in games much anyway)

I got the S controller as part of my Xbox package and its a lot better IMO than the original. However I like many are suspect about the placing of the black and white buttons... I was playing SegaGT then the view (I thought) just changed by itself o_O Found out that I was pressing the black and white buttons below. IMO it would have been better placed above the main buttons or somewhere else. Better design than the original though IMO...

Talking about large pads, how does the original Jaguar pad compare? ^_^

neoblade i had a jag & that pad was the size of a house brick.as for the black & white buttons i agree it would have been better to keep the as they are on the original pad.but you`ll get used to it. OT what do you think of sega GT.

I bought the S controller early this week but have to say I think I prefer the original. Maybe it just takes some getting used to...

liverpool, lol yeah the Jaguar pad was just... Stupidly huge. Anyway SegaGT... Its not too bad to be fair but so far it feels a bit too "arcadey" for me so far. I haven't invested enough gametime to it however due to illness so once I re-stock up on Lemsip Max Strengths I'll give it a decent run in. First impressions though is solid if un-inspired... And grey. Lots of grey.

stinky, I had the pad as standard. I went for the Timesplitters II deal of which I regret now since I've heard that the Unreal Championship game is ment to be better than Unreal 2003 >_<
