    Hi,

Can anyone help me basically i have got one RGB scart socket on my Philips Widescreen TV and i use a scart splitter to connect my Xbox and PS2 to that one socket.

Problem is when i turn the PS2 on it goes straight to the RGB scart channel on the TV but when i turn the Xbox on nothing happens, i have to manual select it from the remote to get to the channel.

However if i pull out the PS2 scart cable out of the splitter the XBox goes direct to the scart channel.

Both scart leads are top quality RGB leads, The Xbox has the offical advance scart cable and the PS2 has the Ultimat scart lead,

whats going wrong why doesnt it except the XBox signal. can anyone help ?

    A SPLITTER !!

There's your problem. These are used when you want to OUTPUT FROM one device to TWO, not the other way round like you have.

Get a SCART SWITCH BOX instead, Argos do them for £9.75
