Hi guys, just finished modding my xbox, ive switched it ntsc , connected it with the highdef pack and switched all the progressive scan modes on in the dashboard. When i turn it on now my plasma tells me its recieving a 525p signal , but as soon as the game starts (halo) it switches to a 525i , how do i get it to keep outputting progressive scan ? thanks.

Not sure on this one, mine remains on 525p when playing HALO, but...my modchip is enabled all the time, it's never off.

Did you leave the chip on or switch it off

It shouldn't make a difference but it may do...

Yea i keep it on all the time , have you enabled all the progressive modes on yours? I tried switching it back to pal with the enigmah disk , the high definition settings are still there but its outputting 625i , ive been searching a few forums on this one and cant see anyone else has had a problem like this :(

I've everything except 1080i enabled as I can't support that on my panel.

I don't know what the problem is but I can tell you that the high-def settings should NOT be there at all after you have switched to PAL with Enigmah.

from what ive read on various forums the settings are still there when you switch back to pal , as long as the high def lead is connected.
