My Currys order seems to be out for delivery. Got tracking code email so just gotta wait now.
When I did a reply to something they sent me, so the cs address with all the extra characters in it I got nothing back, not even a message that the email had bounced. Just going to the cs-reply email address you seem to get something back within an hour or two. Whether its of any use is a different question.
after complaining about Amazon i must praise them ..my elite contoller bought Dec 15 just broke they will replace or refund
Just got a call from home that Royal Mail have delivered my Xbox Scorpio Edition from Amazon. Not sure what state it is and will check this when I get back in the evening. Very disappointed on how this all panned out when we should have all been excited about receiving this on release day as promised and instead this turning out to be a nightmare for many of us. I just hope you all get yours in one piece and get what we deserve in compensation from Amazon for the lies and lack of communication.

As much as Im loving the Xbox X now I got one yesterday from game, Amazon really messed up a lot our orders for release day, it really took the sparkle off having it on the day of release.
Its supposed to be a day we all enjoy, full of anticipation, instead it was a really stressful day. I know its only a console and 1st world problems and all that.

Hate to say but if your tracking still hasn't updated by 7pm today then it's likely you won't get it tomorrow either. From amazon it has to go to Royal Mail' delivery centre and then to your local delivery office. It normally gets to your local one overnight but in your case if they haven't even collected it....
It seems that way and Ive given up on it changing today tbh.
Spoke to Amazon over the phone yesterday and he did say there was an issue with the scanning network which caused orders to become stuck and that the engineers should have it fixed by tonight but not sure I believe that now.
So if I phone up again today, they will only say I have to leave it till the 10th, so it seems its gonna drag on into next week.
Whats annoyed me the most is the fact they have lied to me 3 times and one of those people was apparently a supervisor.
And looking on Twitter someone has had an email from Amazon saying they couldn't fulfil there order and refunded them.
Ive not heard back from email I sent yesterday to the director email address given out earlier in the thread
Mine has been delivered. Someone in the house signed for it.
Reckon I'll get it set up tonight and get all them 4k downloads started up.
Hopefully most of them done before the weekend off from work.

Not happy. The box doesnt look half as nice as my old Elite box
The Hermes jabroni just showed up to my door 3 days later kicking a box along the path. In those three days I have already ordered and received a Scorpio straight from MS via UPS. Told him to do one!
Ordered 8am 8/11/17 and delivered today 11am, happy days.
So, won't be getting my Amazon order again tomorrow!
Actually might just give up with the whole thing now.
Feel for you man, if it hasn't updated tonight or no updates in the morning then I highly doubt they sent it or it's gone missing. I don't think there are many more people waiting for theirs now
I have no idea. Every person I speak to at Amazon tells me a different story.
Royal Mail have looked into it for me and say the parcel hasn't been released to them from Amazon.
1 Person I spoke to yesterday are saying Royal Mail have it and its a problem with there scanning network, and the person I spoke to today said they are aware of an issue with some Xbox One X orders and are working hard to fix the issue and took my number and will get back to me when they have something.
I honestly have no idea whats going on.

Well, here is my story... btw, I had taken the week off work...
Ordered two Scorpio editions, one from Game and one from Amazon... waited until the last minute and cancelled my Game order as I have never had any issues with Amazon... until now!!!
On Monday night, didn't get any dispatch email, hmm, thought this was a bit strange but it has happened to me before and I still got my package so didn't worry.
Tuesday came, checked the website and it said it still hasn't been dispatched so I spoke to Amazon on web chat... "we are sorry but there seemed to be an issue with demand and some orders didn't get dispatched, it will be with you tomorrow (Wednesday)."
Wednesday came, sitting at home watching telly... got a notification on my phone "We tried to deliver but no answer, will deliver again tomorrow"... strange, I heard no doorbell. On to web chat again... "So sorry about this, we promise it will be delivered to you as a priority tomorrow AM, please accept one month extra on your Prime"
Thursday (today)... nothing has arrived, it is now 12.30 so not a priority... on to web chat again... "we are very sorry, I am trying to resolve this issue, please give me some time to look into this for you"... I've been speaking to this person on web chat for about 30 minutes... suddenly, my doorbell goes... whoohoo, I rush to the door, a guy is holding an Amazon box... I sign his pad and he hands me the box... hang on a minute, this box feels very light... I tell the man to wait... it has my name on the box, it says it weighs 5.6KG but it's not... I rip open the box and what do I find....
... a bag of white paper roses!!!!!!!!!!!! What the f*** is this, I said to him... he looked very glum. Hang on a minute, let me take some photos. I then refused the delivery and got back on the web chat with Amazon which was still open... I went a little bit mental to say the least! Another 30 mins go by, she said that this was a problem (duh) and for me to send in the photos. I did this and also asked for someone to call me which they did within a minute.
The first person I spoke to had no sympathy at all... he told me to wait until tomorrow as it "might" still arrive... "you have got to be kidding me"... I asked to speak to a manager. While waiting to speak to a manager, I received an email back from Amazon saying that they are sorry about my order, they will have to refund me and as a goodwill gesture, here's £5.....!!!!!!!
I spoke to a manager and said that a £5 gesture was an insult and that I have waited in for 3 days for this to arrive and now, somehow, it has been lost but they sent me a box of fu***** roses that somehow weigh 5.6KG with the same tracking number as my Xbox, come on!!
To cut the story short (which was nearly 2 hours with web chat and on the phone), I got £45 off them for the trouble and I have now ordered a normal Xbox One X from John Lewis which I am picking up tomorrow!
Amazon are good for normal day to day stuff, USB cables, iPhone cases and the like, but for big ticket items, I think in the future, I will stick to Game/John Lewis etc.

Royal mail and amazon keep insisting that mine will be with me shortly, despite it seemingly going missing at the Edinburgh hub since 4am Tuesday.
I've ordered one from Microsoft, although annoyingly after I ordered it then the scorpios came back in stock on their site.
In my case I think its a royal mail fault opposed to amazon although why use them and not their own courier service. Royal mail suggested it might be delayed if its toi heavy for one person but when told it isn't then they said it isn't a guaranteed delivery anyway but they were sure it would arrive soon. Tracking shows its still no moved, although I do think its in some wee thiefs house.
Orders xbox from currys yesterday and due to be delivered in about an hour so no problems here.
I ordered another Scorpio from MS after my Amazon box arrived dented and scratched. I tried to cancel yesterday but there was no option in the account area. Contacted them on twitter and they weren't much help, sent me back to the support pages which just loop you round and give a phone number. You'd think MS would have live chat or an email as I was at work and didn't want to phone. It's now out for delivery today lol. I don't have the energy to re-download everything and send the Amazon one back - plus I got 10% discount in the end.
Think I'll just refuse the delivery and have it go straight back
