xbox live billing me

i paid for a 13month xbox live supscription 2 month ago before that i paid monthly at 4.99 a month why are microsoft still billing me 4.99 for the last 2 months how can i stop this what do i need to do

i have no idea how i go about contacting microsoft anyone have any numbers for me 2 contact help please:confused:

phone them,and tell them to stop.
also,remove/change your card details on your account.

thanks got it sorted they were still billing me monthly and even though i had a prepaid years subscription it never started cause i was being paying montly monthly so had to phone them to cancel the monthly payments for the yearly one to start :thumbsup:
