    Hey all,

I have bought a new PAL Xbox, and along with it, bought one of GAME's own-brand Xbox component cables so that I could connect it to the component inputs on my Hitachi PJ-TX100 projector. I hooked it up, and connected the audio plugs to my subwoofer, and whilst I get sound, I get no video. The Hitachi simply says "no input detected" when I try to switch to component input.

Anyone have any ideas on how I might fix this? I know this is a PAL xbox, and I'm not looking for progressive scan - just a better picture than the composite lead. I bought the cable in GAME, a very mainstream store, so I figured they wouldn't be selling them if they didn't work with PAL Xboxes. Thanks in advance for any advice

Heh, nevermind, got it working. I hadn't the component inputs pushed in properly :suicide:

I didn't think they needed to be pushed in that far!
